Sound Baths

I am an accredited Sound Healing and Sound Therapy Practitioner and would love to share the benefits of a Sound Bath with you.

What will I need to bring / wear?

🧘‍♀️Wear loose, comfy and warm clothing as you will be laid on a Yoga mat ( or seated on a chair) for about an hour

🧘‍♀️Bring a Yoga mat

🧘‍♀️Extra warm layers

🧘‍♀️A blanket

🧘‍♀️A pillow and/or Yoga bolster

🧘‍♀️A water bottle

🧘‍♀️Bring a ‘willingness to surrender’ and enjoy this transformative experience

Anything else I need to know?

🧘‍♀️Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in as we will start promptly

🧘‍♀️Please ensure mobile phones are switched off / or are on silent

🧘‍♀️Free parking is available outside each venue
