I am an accredited Sound Healing and Sound Therapy Practitioner and would love to share the benefits of a Sound Bath with you.

What will I need to bring / wear?
🧘♀️Wear loose, comfy and warm clothing as you will be laid on a Yoga mat ( or seated on a chair) for about an hour
🧘♀️Bring a Yoga mat
🧘♀️Extra warm layers
🧘♀️A blanket
🧘♀️A pillow and/or Yoga bolster
🧘♀️A water bottle
🧘♀️Bring a ‘willingness to surrender’ and enjoy this transformative experience
Anything else I need to know?
🧘♀️Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in as we will start promptly
🧘♀️Please ensure mobile phones are switched off / or are on silent
🧘♀️Free parking is available outside each venue
