We had a great day celebrating Earth Day!
This Earth Day Retreat included:

🌺 Including the use of essential oils to deepen our Yoga practice and promote a connection between the mind, body and spirit
🌺 Mindfulness and Meditation practices
🌺 A resonant, immersive Sound Bath with overlapping, soothing vibrations for a relaxing meditative experience
🌺 A healthy lunch and refreshments were included
🌷It was a great opportunity to relax, recharge and reconnect with the earth
